I'll try the sunflower and almond butters. I also read on Wikipedia (Aflatoxin) that medical research indicates that a regular diet including apiaceous vegetables such as carrots, parsnips, celery and parsley, reduces the carcinogenic effects of aflatoxin. I like the info on beans. I still think they are a good food, if optimally prepared. All things in moderation.mayinohhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05216031617390056344noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2787698713835410146.post-77232015385551584422010-11-01T12:33:14.090-04:002010-11-01T12:33:14.090-04:00OK, now I'm officially afraid to eat anything....OK, now I'm officially afraid to eat anything. I guess I must be suicidal.Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00122839996392946487noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2787698713835410146.post-72739543075389438692010-10-28T12:14:03.389-04:002010-10-28T12:14:03.389-04:00Why don't you use Canola oil? They said to cook in the soaking water. I wonder why: http://www.ranchogordo.com/html/rg_cook_beans_primer.htmAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
