Since you live in New York it might even be possible that there is someplace you could buy a decent loaf of gluten free bread. For the rest of the country we have to make our own. Every weekend I make bread. You get used to it and you can work it into your schedule. If you don’t want to make bread try quinoa and eggs for breakfast, or get some corn tortillas and do huervos rancheros with black beans and Greek Yogurt. How about some nice coconut flour pancakes? Or you can do a big batch of gluten free waffles then freeze them and pop them right in the toaster like egos. I do Masa waffles, they are so filling and not too sweet. Shauna Ahern just posted a recipe to her site for gluten free oatmeal muffins, that might be something for you to try. The chai kafir recipe looks good.
